I found this on Politico.com too. Joe Biden's response is perfect. I'm going to show that first part as an example of sarcastic communication to one of my classes someday. I can't believe Barton actually apologized to BP. TO BP!!

Just my little ping into the echo chamber. This guy actually called the $$ that Obama forced BP to set aside a shakedown! I especially liked the part where Politico referred at " a Texas Republican’s seemingly tone-deaf comments.". Clear referral to Bush 41 and 43. Anything that picks on a Texas republican ... gotta love it.
